Need URGENT HELP on EasyClickTravel.com

Fellow tuggers, I need advise/feedback on EasyClickTravel.com.

I'm interested in a special deal on Venetian in Las Vegas offered by EasyClickTravel.com. The rates are GOOD compared to the hotel rates for my dates.

Would like to know if anyone has experience with their service.
Reliable?
Trustwothy?
Any problem with the hotel room assigned? and checkin??

I saw a previous comment on the Tripadvisor forum:

[Easyclick "off the record" reservation is technically an opaque service and I heard that you get crappy rooms in vegas using opaque services.]
Unquote

Is this true? What is an opaque service?

I believe our tuggers will know about this service.

Many thanks for your feedback/comments.

Opaque service is what Piceline does. They don't tell you the name of the hotel until you book. If you know it's the Venetian, then it would not be considered an opaque hotel.

Hotwire.com would be another example of an opaque service. You don't know the name of the Hotel/Car Rental Company until you accept Hotwire's price offer.

Based on the several nights I stayed there a couple of years ago, I'd agree - the Venetian doesn't HAVE "crappy rooms." Everything I saw was downright amazing.

I have used easyclicktravel.com to book rooms in Waikiki. It was great! Even though it was an "opaque" hotel, we knew that it would be the hotel we identified. The description matched exactly with the hotel web site.

I would recommend to go for it. We had no problems with the service and the prices were great. Our rooms were pre-paid and several also received free room upgrades.

Good luck!

If you use Priceline.com and bid for a 5* on the strip, the only hotel Priceline uses that fits that category is The Venetian. Rooms are frequently available through Priceline for $100.00 a night. You can check and see that Priceline is currently accepting for The Venetian by looking at the forum on www.biddingfortravel.com and get an idea whether your site is about the same, more, or less currently.
