I happened on this site before booking what looked like a great fare on Air India to Paris in Sept. To say the least we decided to pay more and fly a different airlines!

Although the comments might be valid, you can find similar dirt and horror stories about any airline. As an example, check out the comments, forums, employee notes and other info on this site petaining to my favorite airline. Look carefully at the word at the top left of the page and you will see that it's spelled slightly different than the name of the airline.
