Do they have grills on site?

I know Old Key West does and I am pretty sure SSR does, but I am not sure about the others.

Yes. OKW has charcoal grills next to the neighborhood pools.

At the Villas at Wilderness Lodge the charcoal grills are over by the boat rental/recreation rental facility next to the beach.

I think I've heard that all the dvc resorts have grills. I've seen them at all the resorts except the Boardwalk.

They have them at Boardwalk, too. I think they are by the tennis courts. Given the distance to trek down those long hallways, anything you grill would be cold before you got it back to your room. Since we never checked the grills or the tennis court area when we were there, I'm not sure if there are picnic tables to dine right there or not.
