Vegas Restaurant week Sept 2-8----which one to go to?

Sorry that there are now three threads about Vegas restaurants----but this IS different from the other two.

Vegas "Restaurant Week" runs from Sept 2-8. We will be there for a couple of those days.

Cost is $50.07 ( and up?) for a 3 course meal per person, with some of the proceeds to benefit a local charity (food bank).

For those Vegas folks----which restaurant would YOU suggest? (Are you going to go that week?)

I'm more for American foods; but Italian, or Chinese might be options as well.

Craftsteak hosts the Scotch event of the year!
Craftsteak will feature flights of Glenlivet, Macallan, Springbank, Benriach and Johnnie Walker. Light hors d’ourves will be served.
Entertainment: Jazz duo
Time: 10 p.m. until 1 a.m.

Shibuya - Premium Sake Tasting
Shibuya Sake Sommelier Luigi Alberganti hosts a special tasting of 50 Super Premium Sakes from Japan. The evening will feature 50 sakes from Japan’s most important regions. Luigi and his expertly trained staff will be on hand to explain the subtleties of Japans most famous beverage. Light hors d’oeuvres will be served. Sponsored by DeLuca

besides those tastings, the best deal is probably L'Atelier de Joel Robuchon.

kokomo's looks pretty good to me.

this is pretty tempting but i think im going to keep my next "fly for food" to Toronto for Lai Wah Heen. especially since i can do that on a weekend.
