Florida Bay Club, Key Largo ---Informed opinions?

I have a chance to use a week here, never been to Key Largo (except while scurrying past en route to the lower Keys). I can't seem to find any of the threads by searching, but I vaguely recall some very strong opinions being voiced here about certain places in Key Largo --- with this place maybe being among those discussed? .... I'm just not sure.

Historical posts aside, can anyone offer any informed opinions or current observations of any kind about this specific facility and/or about Key Largo generally?
