Suggestions for Baltimore?

My husband and I will be at the Inner Harbor in Baltimore the end of this month. We're bringing our dog and staying in a hotel.

Any suggestions for where to walk the dog? Where to get good take out for dinner?

Don't know about walking the dog but I think just about all restaurants do take-out now. There is a Phillips (Seafood) Express in the right-hand section of the harbor mall (when facing the harbor) that is exclusively take-out. Their food is excellent.

If you walk directly away from the water, you are one block from a pretty empty business area with lots of parking garages. Bring your doggy collection baggies and you will be fine.

Thanks to both of you.

Anymore recommendations for restaurants? We're going down on Wednesday and returning Friday night.

California Pizza & The Cheesecake Factory. Everything on the Cheesecake menu can be taken out. Not sure about California pizza.

Have a great time. I enjoy hanging out in Baltimore a few days a year. There is a large Barnes & Noble near the harbor that stays open late.

What kind of food do you like?

There are a ton of very good restaurants close to the inner harbor.

You are also 1 mile from Little Italy and great food.

Taking the harbor ferry to Fells Point is also a lot of fun, great antiquing and dining in a restored 1800's section.

Ft McHenry in the inner harbor. Star spangled banner will mean a lot more to you after a visit.

Thanks, again, everybody. Since we probably won't by able to leave our dog unattended in the hotel, we'll have to walk and our pup is kind of skittery so, even if the water ferries allowed it, I don't think we'd try putting her on one. Has anybody gotten takeout from a restaurant in Little Italy? That's within walking distance.
