If you are referring to the individual pouches of Crystal Lite (& similar house brands) yes you can take them. I had them in plain sight in my purse and tote bag on the 2 flights we took in the last week and nobody batted an eye. The pouches are filled with powder not liquid and are so common now you wont have a problem.

I carried plenty with me to Cancun - they came in really handy on all those Mayan tours (once the water started warming up! - nothing worse than plain warm water to me) In fact - when we went to Chichen Itza I think I passed around about 25 little packs, everyone wanted one

I carried Kool-Aid's version of the flavored packets last year on the plane and I packed some too. We went to Disney in Florida, and they really came in handy, especially when standing in long, hot, crowded lines! All we had to do was refill our water bottles at a water fountain, then pour in the flavor packet. It certainly was a lot cheaper than purchasing a drink from Disney, and a lot quicker than standing in line at a vendor. I also noticed a lot of people watching us when we did this. They looked quite interested (and most likely envious too!)

Yes, had no problem going through with them, nor did they look through them at all.
But what a nasty person I had going through security in Boston! |
