Evergree Inn and Villas in Stoneham, ME

Anyone familiar with this timeshare in Maine? Is it near Sunday River ski resort?

Someone suggested this resort to me for my Christmas vacation, but I am a bit concerned whether this resort is far from any decent ski resort either in Maine or NH.

Hi Justin,
I don't know anything about the place. The only review in the TUG database makes it sound very isolated.

Here's their website: http://www.evergreenevtoa.com/interest.html

I suggest that you call them and ask how close they are to the particular ski areas that you're interested in.

Good luck.

Resorts: Williamsburg Plantation
I remember them selling units for under $ 1,000 a few years ago. If I recall correctly it was several miles away from Bethel and very isolated. It may be close enough to commute to the Sunday River slope.

Resorts: Seasons at Sugarbush
Isolated

Isolated is not the word. It is up a back road and is well away from anything. We stayed there a year ago. It is an old hotel conversion. The people are nice and the units are not luxury by any means. They would be about 1 hr maybe a little less from Sunday River. I have a review of my stay in the reviews section. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this may be for you. If you want a ski vacation with nightlife you will not be happy. If you have any specific questions, feel free to PM me.
