Hi, Does anyone know the difference between the following two resorts in Vernon NewJersey? North east vacations inc. at Minerals resort, and the resort at minerals resort and spa. They are affiliated with II, and are #'S GG1 AND GGR. Thankyou, Sue

we have stayed there twice to visit family. keep in mind that this is more like a residental devopment then your typical timeshare resort. it has great pools and gym and a bar /resturant on site. there are about 400 units and only about 10 - 20 are timeshares, but if this is the area you want it is the only game in town .

Thanks for the response, but why are they listed separatey? Under getaways there is a significant price difference. Sue

I think it's the capacity of the units . if you notice the cheaper 2 bdrms only sleep 4 while the others sleep 6.

We visited this resort briefly last June while in that general area. Indeed, apart from the hotel facilities, incl. indoor and outdoor pools, restaurants, golf, etc. most of the resort buildings are fractional ownership residential units. They are spread out and are designated by different names. I don't know the exact designation of the two II codes but these are just different development phases in the same resort. The resort facilities are attactive enough for us to have booked a 2b unit at Minerals Resort for July 2008.
