Aruba

Has anyone got a copy of the building layout for the new Westin Aruba? By this I mean the drawing/artists impression showing where the 3 bed villas will be located as well as the 2 bed lock offs and the standard 2 beds. I'm going to have a walk down to the construction site and see if I can see what progress (if any!) they're making, also I know that SVO already has a sales office there (for training) so I'll see if I can get any latest info on dates.

I'm interested in hearing pricing for this resort...I have friends who just visited and are considering buying there. But they weren't selling yet!

According to my SVO salesperson, there are only 4 (four) 3 bedroom units in Aruba and they are all being sold as fixed weeks.

The units are on the top floors...if you look at the artist rendering, you can clearly see 4 larger units stepping backwards from the beach on the top of the building...he said those are the units, approx 1400+ sq feet

My understanding is the same however I can't see a link to the picture/diagram you're referring to.

any word when they will start selling? we have been on the list since they announced it. ask when the 2 br not l/o will be sold? are they going to be selling fixed or floating first? thanks. enjoy your holiday.

I looked over my email exchange about Aruba with my sales rep...I have a slight correction to my original post: apparently the deck/patio is approx 1400+ square feet, that does not include the unit sq footage.

the 3Bd unit is pretty big according to the layout - but looks as if the sqft is included in the total size.
