We're going to Harrah's AC to check out their new pool for our 20th anniversary in February.

I just read on tripadvisor that they have suites (which you can't reserve but may get upgraded to).

Anyone know how to get one?

We do not have a current rewards card (as we only go once a year) but will get them when we check in.

Not sure about the suites, but if you had a Total Rewards card in the past, you still have it. They'll issue you a new card if you need one but it will still be the same account number.

We just came home today.

We checked in for 2/19 and checked out today (work schedules).

When we checked in we requested a suite because it was our 20th anniversary. It was very crowded and I didn't have much hope. The woman who checked us in was very nice and she did upgrade us to an Atrium suite.

It was really nice. Separate bedroom and living room with a good size bath. Refrigerator and coffee maker (but no microwave). Great view from room 1171 (eleventh floor).

The indoor pool area (and lots of whirlpools) was fabulous! Good restaurants and fun gambling (no, we didn't win).

We had a ball.
