Marriott Harbor Pointe Transfer Procedure?

Can anyone tell me what the procedure is? I don't recall what was done when I purchased my week from the previous owner, but I think a local HH attorney handled everything. I have a Warranty Deed in my file. Also, I don't remember the cost of transferring/selling a week. Can anyone help?

I think I found my answer in a search, but surprised nobody provided input. Thanks anyway!

HP doesn't have an ROFR policy, so a simple closing will take care of it. Someone will have to notify Marriott (call Owner Services to get it started) of the transfer, sending along a copy of the new recorded deed and a transfer fee of $25.
