RCI Points Accounting

Is there a link where I can SEE all my transactions and their accounting? First of all, I don't totally trust their math.
I just called to inquire about a booking for this summer, and the guy "noticed" that they never debited my account for two past transactions. When I look at my history, I get an incomplete list of places I've been.
Is there a way that I can see all my points for deposits and my debits over the past few years?
I'm not totally trusting of RCI's accounting.

If you send an email to RCI they will forward it to the accounting department, who will send you a whole printout.

After questioning their accounting, I have asked for a printout of our account on 3 occasions and have never received one from RCI. Each time they said they would mail me a copy. In this day of being able to access accounts of all kinds on-line, from the mortgage to the garbage bill, it is truly unbelievable that RCI does not provide this service. It's not like they have anything to hide.:ignore:

On a couple of occassions over the years I have asked for an accounting from RCI when my numbers did not match up. It ususally takes 10 days to 2 weeks. They have sent it to me in a spreadsheet format, but I have never been able to get it to open. So I always have to call and have them fax it to me.

I suggest that if you are not already keeping track of your own account records on some sort of spreadsheet, that you start to do so now. I keep a running record or debits and credits just like my checking account balance.

I've had the same experience. I've asked at least once a year for the past few years and never got the printout. I did get one this year though.

Their online report is inept and worthless.

Their online report is inept and worthless. Yet, the RCI rep cannot even see see your report on their screen as they have a different screen.

The reps do not realize our problems - and some don't care - just ask for a supervisor and MAYBE just MAYBE someone will get the message. Ask them to email you (easily down with even a poor system) or have them fax it to you.
