Just took the plunge and bought a Sheraton Broadway Plantation 2bdrm non lockoff on ebay! Paid $1336.11 for the platinum week (which I think is good based on reading as much as I could on the forum). So excited to be part of the Starwood family. :banana: :cheer: :whoopie:

A few questions still lingering....

1) How long should I expect everything to take before I can get into the Starwood system?

2) Should I ask to get a week reserved during escrow? If so what weeks for maximum trading power (I'll be depositing into II this year)? Anyone able to tell what is even available to be reserved?

Anything else I should know!??!?! I've read through the threads in this forum over and over trying to educate myself....thanks to everyone and all their great contributions!

Great price. If you deposit into II, starwood picks the week for you.

Congrats on your purchase. SBP is a great resort. Its in a great location, easy acces to most things. My only complaint about the resort is its about 7 blocks from the beach.
