Does anyone know anything about this resort In South Padre Island? I think it's a fairly new resort and there are no reviews on it yet. I have an exchange into this resort in a studio/efficiency through II for October of this year. Does anyone know how big this unit would be? It's just going to be the wife and I so we don't need a lot of room. There are no laundry facilities in the unit but are there any available at the resort? Any information would be appreciated.

I was in S Padre last May and saw this resort. It is literally on the beach, and looks very very nice. It is next to the Royale Beach and Tennis TS resort.

PIU is the newest TS on S Padre. Hope you will report on it when you come back. It has very little availability in II so you were fortunate to exchange into one.
