I am hoping to get into the Harborside Atlantis in the next year. I know groceries, etc are expensive. I have also heard there is a utility fee charged per person/day and a fee to get off the island when you get to the airport. Any info about these fees is appreciated.

Since Harborside Atlantis is a Starwood Timeshare, I'm going to move your post to the Starwood Board.

I don't know what the facility fee you are talking about--if you exchange or rent directly from an owner at Harborside there aren't any add on fees per person--the hotel does charge them. You do have to pay extra if you want daily cleaning. All Atlantis facilities can be used by Harborside owners/guests.
The exit fee from the airport used to be collected in cash but now every time I go the fee is collected in the airline ticket.
To cut down on costs you can bring snacks, breakfast items etc. so you can have breakfast in--

The prices of food and drink are among the highest in the caribbean. You can go into town for groceries and its cheaper, but for example the small grocery/convenience store at Harborside sells milk for over $4 a quart which as you see is $16 a gallon.

Its a tough place to go if you are on a strict budget.

The airport fee and the bridge toll are that bad. There is not any additional Harborside fees, unless you want daily housekeeping or internet service.

The real wallet buster is the food and drinks. Its best to pack for packaged food items with you and buy other staples at the grocery store in town or the one in the strip center across from Atlantis.

If you research and plan, you can make your dollar streth and still have a great time.

Are you a Starwood owner or are you going thru II to get thru Harborside?

Just got back from harborside . The taxi fee from the airport was 27. oo go to the groc. store 7.oo they will wait 1 hr then take you back. Brind little things like condoments s.o.s and get the rest at the groc store I will say it is a VERY VERY nice resort . A little expensive
