Happy Valentines Day, it has just been announced the the bankruptcy judge approved and accepted the settlement between Wyndham and the HOA of Bluebeards Castle. Congrats to the HOA Board for staying the course and now an ugly chapter in TS history is over.

HOORAY! :cheer:

Yep things are looking up.

What does the settlement mean for current owners and folks who might want to buy at the Castle? More details.

One thing this means is the Owners will be running the resort without a manipulating developer .

What does this mean............

What does the settlement mean for current owners and folks who might want to buy at the Castle? More details.

For current owners, it means that dealing with a developer who had no intention of doing anything to the Castle is now out of the picture and that owners will begin to put the pieces back together. This begins with the Boards deciding on what gets fixed and when. Of course, money plays into this. If things go well, there is enough money. If not, then decisions have to be made on what gets fixed when.

As for those who want to buy at the castle, have at it. Non-delinquent owners are always welcomed :whoopie: :whoopie:

One hopes to have construction in the "off season" which is April to October but if you are like me, I go to the resort to sleep not stay there all day. I explore the island and the beaches. If you hang out at the resort all day during construction, well, you are not the smartest person IMHO......

Enjoy!
