The question begs why one would want legal documents for such transactions for free. You get what you pay for, kinda like legal advice...

We use this organization for our real estate rentals and they have many choices. we joined for 5 years and cost was about $50 and worth every penny.

Try putting free legal forms in a search engine, like google or yahoo.

Redweek.com has a decent rental agreement.

For a sale, I have never seen a timeshare sales agreement that has any state specific requirements and they do exist.

For example, in Florida if the agreement does not disclose the current maintenance fee, the buyer is automatically granted a 365 day right of recission under consumer protection law.

Yeah, FL's tough on timeshare companies. None of them tell any lies or misrep anything in FL.

The timeshare weasels in FL certainly lie and bend the truth until it screams.

One reason they get away with it by having tight legal documents which do not touch on such items.

But the honest man with defective contracts is easily burned by a buyer, that is reality.
