Southwest Ding not "dinging" - Timeshare Users Group Online Community Forums

is anybody having problems with the ding again. When I turn on the computer the ding icon is not on my "ding satellite icon", but when I open ding there is a ding special. Also, last night it shows the special expires at 4pm CT and yet at 6 or 7pm EST it was still there. Normally after the time frame has expired, the ding special goes away

My ding feature is working ok. Check the date that it expires. I've noticed lately that the dings are good for a few days. It seems that they used to expire the same day they came out.

I'll check the ding later this evening. Says it expires today at 6pm CT.

But I still didn't have the icon on top of the "dingicon" showing there is a ding special

I just downloaded Ding yesterday. I don't understand what you mean by icon on the top or dingicon. Is there some type of alert when there is a special fare? On your desktop? Please explain. I'm not sure what to look for. Thanks.

I get what looks like a little envelope on top of the icon.
