If I make a reservation, can I cancel it without penalty?

(i'd phoen them but I am at work in the Uk and can't make international calls from the office!)

I thought they had some may days ahead you have to call and cancel.

Helen,

There's no penalty if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance of your reservation. Otherwise, it's a one-night charge cancellation penalty.

Have a good trip.
