quick question about holds

If I hold a unit on RCI, then decide not to confirm it, does it affect my trading value of my unit that I used to hold it with?

Holds do not affect your Trading Power. Even confirmations that are canceled in the 24-hour grace period would not cause Trading Power to be recalculated.
