Vacation Club Bellaire, MI upgradeable?

I was left with 20K RCI points to use up by June 1. I booked a hotel unit at Vac.Clb. Shanty Creek/Schuss Mtn area for Apr 15, for two weeks at 15500 pts ea. wk. I plan to hit the Casino's and just tour around. I wonder if anyone has been so bold as to ask for an upgrade to a one bedr. unit or any other, and if it has worked out favorably. This is a Gld Crn resort. But a hotel room is a hotel room. One of the reviews said they picked up a "lastcall" 2 bdr for cheap, maybe I have a chance. It is a Tues. check-in. The snow should be gone, too early to golf, I think. It can't be overrun with tourists at this time of year. FYI, by booking two weeks in a row, at the same resort, I only had to pay the $124 booking fee one time. Some small measure of savings, anyways.
