United coupons in 2008 Entertainment Book?

The last time I bought an Entertainment Book, it came with discount coupons - paper or email - for United Airlines.
If anyone owns a 2008 Entertainment Book, can you tell me if it came with United discount coupons and if so, what are they worth and what are the restrictions on their use? Thanks.
 
Nope, no United discount coupons. They weren't in the 2007 book either.
