Have been trying to sell my unit, removed identifying remarks that could appear to be an ad

At work out of the blue got a call from Universal Marketing Solutions that they got 3 interested buyers with an offer which sounded very good. Anyone with experience with the Brigantine properties resale and Universal. Thanks.

Not familiar with the compay who contacted you, but if they ask for any kind of upfront fee they are probably not legitimate.

Ask them to send you a written offer and you'll consider it, but don't pay any upfront fees.
