We usually deposit our non-DRI Hawaii week into Club Select. Each year I go thru the same hassle. I had hoped it would be resolved with DRI taking over.
Not the case.
2/19/08 - Faxed my completed Club Select Exchange Form to DRI.
3/03/08 - Call to check on status. I'm told form wasn't received. (I believe they lost it)
3/17/08 - Call to check on status. I'm told DRI awaiting confirmation from Hawaii resort.
3/24/08 - Call to check on status. I'm told confirmation still not received from Hawaii. - Call Hawaii resort. THEY CONFIRMED to DRI 3/19. Call DRI with this news. I'm told THEY HAVE ONLY ONE PERSON HANDLING DEPOSITS AND IT WILL TAKE A FEW MORE DAYS TO BE PROCESSED. No apology offered.
3/28/09 - Receive DRI form letter that my week for deposit is confirmed and request $119 to complete deposit. I call DRI to pay by credit card and am told it will take ANOTHER 3-5 WORKING DAYS to enter points into system. Again I'm reminded about the lack of personnel to handle deposits.
As usual, I've lost a month of trading capability. Why would an organization the size of DRI have only one person handling club deposits?
Sorry if I sound frustrated, but I am.
