No answer so lets dig one up for ourselves
A quick search brings up a number of complaints about this operation. Number one is, as I expected, a large upfront fee ($599) and then the usual non-action.

"not doing what they said they would do
Pressured telephone calls to sell my time shre. Took payment from my visa account when I asked them to hold the sale until I got home from work. Guess what, no contact since...

"false sales. This company does nothing to sell your timeshare, besides list it on a web page. They will answer your calls until you pay them. Once you pay them they do not help, they do not broker for you, or even update your page. I called repeadly back and they wanted me to update my page."
So it sure sounds to me like just another in a LONG line of companies making their money by upfront fees from desperate sellers then doing little to nothing to actually SELL the week(s). The glowing endorsement out of the blue sounds hollow next to real people posting their actally results (or really lack thereof).
Put it to bed. This is a company to avoid as a seller. And remember NO UPFRONT fees to sell your timeshare unless you like paying money out for nothing. If you aren't convinced take a look at these links:
