hotel bill question?
I hope this is the right thread to post this. We recently stayed at a park and fly and when we got the Mastercard statement were overcharged. We don't have the hotel receipt........is there any way to obtain that receipt for proof of the overcharge? Thanks!

Did you do any of it on-line? Then you would have a confirmation with all the info to print out.
If not and you have a confirmation number from when you checked in you should be able to go on-line and call up the info. If all else fails call up customer service and they should be able to verify your contract. If that dosen't give you results you can also contact your credit card CS and tell them of your dispute. Good luck. |

bill
The hotel will be happy to fax you a copy of the bill. That's the easiest thing to do. From there you can procede as you like.
