looking for best car rental rates out of calgary
We are flying in July 4 with reservations at Fairmount Mountainside. I know this is Calgary Stampede, so that may have an effect. We have reservations with Hertz at $400 for the week plus one day, but I'm hoping we can do better than that.

I, too, have been seeing very high rates for our trip coming up in September to Calgary. However, upon checking Hotwire, the rates are much less. I am not able to lock in yet as when you make the reservation, you pay and you can make NO changes. I don't know my arrival and departure times as I haven't made airline reservations. Hope this info helps.

I think as we get closer we may look at Hotwire or Priceline.
