Question Cancun Flights

How far out is the best time to look for flights from Nashville and St. Louis to Cancun? We are going May 23-30, 2009.

Resorts: Wyndam Bonnet Creek (311,000pts) Wyndam Nashville (189,000pts) Sheraton Vistana (Fountains) Presidential Resort, VA
Look as early as possible, and if you see a dip by Jan/Feb purchase.

I booked my flights for November 2008 last February. If you keep checking every couple of days, you will get a good feel for a good price.

I used Travelocity but there are many other sites, Kayak for one. Then I go to the individual airline site.

The best time to purchase will likely be within a few days of when you can first buy them. Fuel prices are skyrocketing and airlines are in the process of reducing the number of flights - significantly. That will make it easier to do what they all must do to survive: raise ticket prices - a lot!

So buy soon after July 4th, when the flights for your trip will be available for booking.
