passport question
I hope someone can help... We live in Ottawa, Ontario and we are headed to Orlando (Bonnet Creek) in 19 days. Our neighbours are now interested in coming with us but don't have a valid passport. They both have Quebec birth certificates (prior to 1994 when law changed)... Can anyone tell me if you need a passport to cross the border by car? Would my Canadian friends need their passports if they are only flying within the US? We know you need one to fly out of Canada.
Thanks in advance, Sandra |

No passport required, but there are very specific requirements. -David |
