Where are the cheap fares to Maui in Sept?

I have booked at this time for the past 3 yrs and got RT for (2) for about $800. Looked at AA this morning $1750

Any leads?

Going from LAX to OGG.

I dont know your exact dates so I put in 9/6 to 9/20 and I am getting $795 ns on United. Thats $200 more than what my son paid last week from SLC to OGG (with a layover in LAX), maybe LAX-OGG is an easy flight to fill.

I think it's too early for the September discounts - keep checking every day.

Resorts: Club La Pension, Quarter House, Hotel L'Eau Vive - NOLA, Nob Hill Inn - SF, Allen House - London, Custom House - Boston,
I think we'll see them again. Other carriers will step up to fill in the gap left by the departure of Aloha and ATA. But, it may be 6-10 months away. I would look for reasonable fares to be back by about January of next year. In the interim, I am already seeing some fares on American at $470 round trip from the West Coast. Those are in the fall through early December. They'll get back to the $280 range with a little time and patience.
