??? RE Closing on a Fairfield Timeshare

I am considering taking ownership of two weeks ( not in points ) in a Fairfield resort located in St Thomas. There are two deeds, one for each week. Don’t know if Fairfield has any special transfer requirements or if St Thomas does either.

1) Can I use one of the regular closing services to make the transfer?

2) What are the best recommended closing companies right now? Can they close in St Thomas?

3) Will they charge double for two deeds at the same time?

4) Will I have to join Fairfield and pay an annual fee or is that only for their points system? If so, how much is the annual fee?
