Considering Villas of Sedona (VRI)

My husband and I love Arizona, so I'm considering buying a week at the Villas of Sedona. VRI looks like it has some great places, so I was wondering if they had owner "specials" for extra weeks. I'm also still considering RCI points rental or both.
