Is this Ebay rental for real?

I was looking at this auction for Orlando and thought it might be too good to be true? It doesn't look like its going to go very high and I don't know if it legit or not-ebay auction #250262477713 (sorry I can't figure out how to make it a link)

From the fine print.

"You are responsible for the sales and occupancy taxes which range from $9-$21 per person, per night based on a family of four"
 
Although they say that a timeshare presentation isn't required, you can be sure that you will get big-time pressure to attend a timeshare presentation. Sure, it's a good deal if you are SURE you can say no. If you can't, it will turn out to be a very expensive couple of days.:eek:
