i was contacted about selling my timeshare with blue bay advisors, all they need is the title search and estopple letter. they have conventions in florida where they sell timeshares, and they make 6% of sale afterward, plus they make money on the buyer through financing. is this legit, anyone ever heard of them or have any experience with them.

So, they only need $399-$499-$ 599 upfront to...

They are the same as all the others, once you give them the upfront fee money, you will never hear from them again.

yes but the other option is i can supply them with a current title and estoppel letter. so in that regard they would not be getting an upfront fee.

They will charge you how much for the title search and estopple letter??

I've never heard anyone selling TS at conventions.

It doesn't sound legit to me.

Another in a LONG line of twists to get upfront money

Read those two complaints and the method of claiming "no upfront fee" while actually charging, upfront, for things you normally wouldn't pay for as the seller is very clear. Another group looking for your money for nothing - best avoided.
