3 year trial period?

Does anyone know anything about a 3 year trial period with points that you can do and if you don't like the system you can ge out after 3 years? How does it actually work? What if you decide you want to stay in the system?
 
I'd Have Gone With That Instead Of Buying If I Had Known About It.

It's a renewable 3-year lease at a regular RCI Points timeshare.

If you like it well enough to re-up, you sign on for another 3 years.

If not, you let it drop after the initial 3 years.

No fuss & no muss.
