Fixed Week 23.....................................................Almost, but no thanks
Should I really wait for a fixed summer week...that's seems to be the consensus....if I can figure out a way to get starwood to deposit my fixed week, I would then get maximal trading power right????

When I had to deposit with II a 2008 week at WKV I didn't know I had, the person at SVN said she deposits to II the deeded week (in my case week 19). II picked up week 23. Since both weeks are in the past I didn't feel like I could argue too much about what week was deposited, but it might help us figure out the mystery of what week is chosen.

So if you were to get this, reserve a summer week then see if SVN will deposit that week with II. As others have stated SVN/II should use that week, or a very similar week, for your trade.

We just purchased a 2-bedroom SBP floating week 27 and reserved a July 4 week for 2009. When I called to have it deposited to II Starwood said that they had to cancel the reservation to make the deposit and that they would not deposit that week. I mentioned that this was not a SVN week but was told that since it is floating they can select the week that they want to deposit within my season. I had them note that I would like my reserved week deposited but have yet to see it appear in my non-Starwood II account since it takes 72 hours.
