I was also contacted by Global Resort Management and they wanted a $600 up-front charge on my VISA (which I unfortunately paid) to list my resort for sale. Now that they have my money, when I try to reach the gentleman who I originally spoke to, the receptionist always says that he is "on the phone" and he will call me back (which he never does). So far, this company looks like a bunch of total SCAM artists. I would have to recommend against doing any business with them

P.S. On the previous TUG BB, there was a lot of negative postings about this company and when I tried looking this company up on the BBB website, they are not listed as a member (I assume that there were too many unresolved complaints against them).

Call your card and get a refund. dispute the charge.

Yes, its a scam. They have your money, they are done with you.

NEVER, EVER, EVER pay an upfront fee for anything with your timeshare.

For practical advice on how to sell your timeshare without getting scammed, read and study the "how to sell" article located at the top of the list of topics for this Buying, Selling, Renting forum.

They are big theives....
I fell for there scam last year.
They strung me along till the 60 day credit card disbute was over and i could not file for a refund, Then I never could get any other answers from them at all.
