Did anyone receive a message today to your ad on TUG Timeshare MarketPlace?

I got one from Martinez S of Napa, CA. Wanted to buy my Myrtle Beach week with questions none related specifically to my timeshare. Sounds fishy to me so I just wonder if anyone else received similar email today...

Oh yeah, got two of them - identical! Hmmm, let me see, just hit the ol' delete button. Took me all of 3 seconds to read and make that decision!

apparently this person is quite busy....ive gotten complaints about this note from more than one person via email as well.

please dont reply to it so they wont obtain your email address.

I also received email from Martinez Sanchez from Napa re: my Royal Haciendas villa. I answered to all his questions and this morning I received another, very strange email with the request of my account and credit card numbers. He stated that his client from UK wants to send his payments right away. Now, I have no doubt that this is a scam. Am I right?

Tell him since he is the one that is buying you need him to send you this information. He should have no need for it.

We also recieved and e-mail from Mr Sanchez yesterday concerning our Hawaii property. Even tho our ad is explicit he asked for price-who would pay fees and if we had the deed. He also wanted to send us the money. We e-mailed him and gave him the name of a title company and said we could proceed when we received a contract from that company. We have not had a reply. Sounds fishy to us also
