Resorts: Hilton Head: Sunset Pointe (2 weeks), Barony Beach Spain: Marbella Beach Club
Question Trading Marriott Marbella for Manhattan Club?

Has anyone successfully gotten into the Manhattan Club via II?

We have a Marriott Marbella Beach Club (Spain) in mid-March and would be interested in using it to spend a week in New York but I can't seem to find availability using the II website.

Resorts: Marriott Aruba Ocean Club
It's my understanding that most Manhatten Club is traded via RCI versus II. I have never seen a week in II.

I wanted to trade for 2 wks via II and when I asked on the board, I was told to either rent a week or do a direct exchange via the Tug exchange pgm.

I believe that the Manhattan Club Penthouses are in II, but that doesn't mean there is much availability. I would suggest some of the alternative websites such as this one and www.redweek.com.

I thought MC was RCI only.

Ith the cost of airfare and the high Euro, the demand for Europe must be down, especially off season. NYC is high season all year around.

Resorts: RHC-Royal Holiday Club; Nottingham Village, Aquamarine Villas, Morritts
A newer section of the Manhattan Club:
Manhattan Club Penthouse Suites
MTW

Manhattan Club Penthouse Suites provides stylized elegance with panoramic views of New York City. The resort features select one-bedroom vacation residences averaging 700 square feet. Distinctive amenities include lofty ceilings, personal penthouse concierge, private penthouse terraces, in-room desktop computers with high-speed Internet access, plus wireless Internet access for convenient laptop connectivity, flat panel LCD televisions, cordless telephones, a fitness center, daily housekeeping, and valet parking. The superb midtown location permits easy access to all of the city.

are supposedly available through II. I have heard of someone seeing one available once, but I've personally not seen it.

OP my want to horse trade or rent from a Royal Holiday Club owner for Affinia Dumont or Affinia Manhattan. The maintenance fees through RHC are about a quarter of TMC's.
