Anyone else on HHI Aug. 9-16? - Timeshare Users Group Online Community Forums

Just wondering if any fellow TUGgers will be on HH for the upcoming week. We will be at Waterside.....(DH, myself, 2 children--ages 11 and 13). Just discovered last night that one of my son's baseball buddies will also be down for most of the week...staying at the Disney Resort on HH.

Hi. We will be at Waterside starting Saturday with my dd-14 and ds-10 and my daughters friend also 14. We are traveling with my inlaws, mom and brother/sil (all in separate units).
Can't wait!

We stayed at Royal Dunes two years ago....great resort! Back at Waterside after a 4 year lapse. Great location.....close to Coligny and the beach. DH and I are excited for the trip....but my 2 children are less enthused this year. With their older brother staying home, (getting ready to leave for college), and none of their friends able to come along, they are not as excited for this trip. I keep telling them they are sure to meet up w/ some other kids their age....and now with finding out the other family , (from our town), will also be on the island, my son's attitude has improved a bit. Daughter is still "moping"....but I'm sure once we arrive, her attitude will improve.

Already ordered bikes for the week from AAA Riding Tigers...with the Wateside discount, we have 4 bikes for only $85 for the week!

We are leaving on Friday, driving to Charlotte, then a shorter drive for Saturday. Since there are only 4 of us this year, we aren't bringing the conversion van...which will save a huge amount on gas costs!

I am going to be there start 8/17 with wife and two girls(2 & 11) and staying at the Coral Reef Resort. We did Myrtle Beach last year so we will see if the kids are entertained as in Myrtle Beach, I hear it is much more laid back. We are traveling with some family so shoud be fun. Now I just have to figure out the best time to do the driving so as to miss as much of the traffic as possible coming from NJ.
