Did u try the tug reviews? - update - i didn't find it listed in the reviews but it is on trip advisor.com - http://www.tripadvisor.com/Search?re...earch=Go&geo=1

Since this isn't a BSR question, I am going to move your post to the board for that region.

KMIJ,

This is a Spinnaker resort that just opened this year on the North end of HHI.
I don't think you'll find too many reviews yet here on Tug but as Denise said, Tripadvisor has some.

It wasn't opened yet when my wife and I were on HHI in December 2007 and we hope to tour the property on our next visit in 2009.

From pictures I've seen it looks like an upscale property.

Resorts: Cottages at Shipyard
I did the Spinnaker sales presentation in July. While they didn't let us tour the resort I did see some pictures. It looks fantastic and I would take it in a heartbeat if given the chance. We own at Cottages at Shipyard, a Spinnaker property, on the other side of the island. I much prefer the south side of HHI but wouldn't let that stop me from taking this resort. HHI's not that big.

If you take the getaway be prepared to be repeatedly asked about a sales tour. We were asked every day this year until we said yes. But getting you to take a tour is their job after all. The good thing is that Spinnaker tours are about the lowest pressure tours I've ever been on. Hold onto your wallet anyway. This is Spinnaker's most upscale resort and they think a lot of it.
