Anyone have a good email address/phone number for MVCI for complaints?

A well-written, concise (one page or less if typed), polite missive will almost always get a better response than talking to a phone rep who probably won't take the time to write down the details of your complaint and pass it on to someone with authority.

You should look at the "Contact Us" page at the MVCI website for where to send your correspondence. Log in and then go to the bottom of the page for the link. Then contact the "Chief Customer Officer".
