Just purchased 3 bedroom Grand Vista EOY $6500 ($7000 including costs) even first use 2010.

1. I am thinking I can reserve springbreak 2010 in March 2009? correct?
2. Also is it possible to lockoff and use in 2009, by reserving 2 bedroom and studio for March 2010 and do search for trade in 2009 and 2010?:D

Anyway I think it will work nicely for us as we really enjoy Orlando with or without kids (I know it is over sold easy to trade into etc. but it is a 3 bedroom and will get good use by us).

Congratulations. There were two auctions that I was watching one for 2010 and the other for 2009 first usage. The one you won was one of them.
The answer to both of your questinos is yes.
