Penny Talk Calling Card

Has anyone used this card to call while traveling abroad? I saw the ad for this in a magazine and wondered how reliable they are. It says you use your cell phone. Thanks for any information you have.

OK, use your cell, you're paying for or using your minutes there and then paying pennytalk. While it sounds good and I'm sure it's reliable, if you read the fine print there's like a 49cent charge per call/connection then that cheap penny rate.
