Q re converting to HHonors

I can't get through to HGVC right now. They appear to be overloaded due to the year-end rush.

I called them on Friday and converted some 2009 HGVC points to HHonors. The HGVC points are gone, but I don't see the points in my HHonors account. Does this take some time to clear? I'm concerned that they botched the transaction, and that I may just have until Wednesday to correct it. And like I said, I can't get through. Help?

Well, I finally got through and can answer my own question. Maybe I should see a shrink about talking to myself ;)

Anyway, the counselor told me that since I converted 2009 points, the HHonors points won't show up until next week (2009).

Have you tried using the CHAT program associated with the HGVC website? I think you can reach a club counselor easier that way than on the telephone sometimes.

Thanks pianodinosaur. No, I don't know where the chat program is. I looked all over the web site. What page is it on? The "Contact Us" link only tells of telephone, email, fax, and snail mail contact points.

Chat is easy to use. I think it's right on the main page, or the contact page.
