Does anyone know how the remodeling is going? Are the renovations nice?
I have a canal unit and it won't be done till 2010.

Its very nice. Ask for a refurbished unit. It has an indoor pool and you're about 2 blocks from beach.

I have not been on property since August, but I have talked to the manager. I own two units there, both in the original burned-out building that started the refurb. The units, once complete, are very nice compared to others. They are not over-done, but very nice. The overall project is apparently over budget, but I have not heard that they will need to increase the extra reserve payment. With the economy, I would guess usage and rentals may be less this year. They also have wi-fi in the indoor pool area, if that interests you.

Our family stayed in a refurbished unit. They look great. Kitcheans are very nice. Good features. Love this resort. May be our favorite in Ocean City Maryland.
