Has anyone heard of this outfit? They called wanting to know if we had a timeshare for sale, that Marriott properties were turning around very quickly. Joe originally wanted $699 up front as an advertising fee, then he was willing to 499 with the remainder at the sale. Then he would waive the remainder - now he is down to $399.
