Advice on possible august sandcastle exchange

I have unit 401 on hold for the end of august
It's a 2/2 unit so it will be small
Does anyone know what type of view it might have and where its located
I've tried to call the resort but no answer
With the change in management would I be better just to pass on this
Thanks

Resorts: Sandcastle Cape Cod MA
I'm pretty sure that 401 is the 1st floor in the Dune's building. You'll be able to see the Dunes, as the name of the building implies, but really won't be able to see the ocean.

Each of the 3 buildings that make up the Sandcastle have their advantages. The real advantage of the Dunes's is it is presently the only building with AC, a BIG plus in August.

Sandcastle is one of only a handful of Timeshares in Cape Cod right on the beach. That part of the Cape is also by far my favorite. Lots to do around the area, yet because a major part of the area is a federal land trust, you don't have the over population of tourists that haunt the rest of the Cape.

On any given day you can hang by either of the pools, hang out on the beach, play basketball, shuffle board or tennis, all without leaving the resort. If you want to go to other beaches, Herring Cove and Race Point are right down the street. They are by far the two best and largest beaches on Cape Cod. Don't miss Moby Dicks for a great Sea Food meal, and the Drive-In movie about 20 minutes away in Well Fleet is a great way to spend a Nostalgic evening.

I wouldn't let the change in Management scare me away. My friend was out there in Sept. and reported that the old staff was still in place, and they are the best. Steer clear of the Festiva presentations, and I'm sure you'll have a great time.
