Headin' back to PB Maz- beach laps

We are off to Mazatlan and our home resort in 4 weeks. I have often wondered what the distance is for the many beach walkers in front of the resort? They go to the jetty and touch it and then turn around only to return a few minutes later and do the same.

The staff don't seem to know but perhaps a tugger does.
